proMineral’s paints and plasters combine carefully balanced formulations with selected mineral and plant-based ingredients. Depending on the product, these include, amongst others, clay, lime and silicates. The products offer a wide range of options for the individual design of walls and ceilings and impress with their distinctive surface finish. This results in high-quality, expressive surfaces for contemporary and versatile interior design.
Yes! proMineral’s paints and plasters are free from chemical plasticisers and solvents. In addition, some products have properties that reduce mould growth, improve air quality by trapping dust and help regulate humidity. People with allergies can therefore use our products with complete confidence.
proMineral attaches great importance to the careful selection of the raw materials used and to optimised manufacturing processes. The company uses mineral, inorganic and plant-based ingredients, which are specifically combined depending on the product. When developing formulations, the focus is on quality, functionality and reliable application. This results in products that meet the diverse requirements of modern wall and surface design.
No. Once dry, proMineral lime-based mineral paint is smudge-proof and will not rub off, as the natural binders it contains fix the lime to the surface.
Clay comes in a variety of shades and is not exclusively brown. A light shade of clay is used as the base for proMineral clay paint, which creates a pleasantly light colour effect. As clay is a raw material with natural colour variations, the shade may vary slightly. Depending on the formula, white pigments may also be added to achieve the desired shade.
As a silicate mineral paint, proMineral Interior White is particularly well suited to rooms with significantly fluctuating levels of humidity, such as living rooms, bedrooms and children’s bedrooms. In these rooms, the silicate paint can make particularly good use of its ability to regulate humidity. Furthermore, mould has virtually no chance of taking hold in rooms painted with mineral paint.
Silicate paint is not quite as easy to apply as standard emulsion paints. It is therefore advisable to wear gloves and safety goggles when applying proMineral Interior White, and to avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Once the paint has dried, the finish is completely safe!
proMineral products are available as white base colours and can, for the most part, be tinted using universal tinting concentrate.
